Supporting Emotional Regulation:  How to Avoid Seclusion and Restraint
In this Lunch and Learn session, Renae will lead a panel discussion regarding strategies to increase student emotional regulation and avoid seclusion and restraint.  Along with the panel, Renae will explore legal requirements related to seclusion and restraint and share perspectives as the parent of a child with a disability, a former school district attorney and a mediator for the Wisconsin Special Education Mediation System.
