Executive Director

Gail AndersonGail Anderson- Executive Director 

Gail Anderson is thrilled to support student services leaders as the Executive Director of WCASS. During her 30+ years of leadership at every level of the education system, Gail has helped hundreds of districts across the state, country, and world ensure that the investments they make lead to improved student outcomes. Gail is passionate about learning and is an advocate for a strong public education system. She leads work with school districts to transform the way school systems are designed, creating an opportunity for all to learn how to build, assess and sustain effective practices. Gail has served districts as an independent coach & consultant, school psychologist, Director of Pupil Services, regional RSN Director, WI DPI consultant, school board president and Baldrige examiner.

When not working to improve public education, Gail served her community on county-level mental health and heroin addiction work groups and as an emergency medical technician and emergency medical services board member. You can reach Gail [email protected].

Association Management 

Ione Dyer

 Ione graduated from University of WI – Platteville in 2021 with a degree in Industrial Technology Management and System Controls with a minor degree in Technology Education.  Ione started her career at Sure Controls in Appleton where she served as an Electrical Designer and Training Coordinator.  In addition to work on the technical and design side, Ione works within a learning management system to organize, track, and create internal training. Pivoting on these training aspects, Ione focuses on membership and events for WCASS.

Heather Dyer

Heather L. Dyer, CAE is Managing Partner of Morgan Data Solutions, LLC, (MDS) an Association Management firm providing solutions for associations, not for profits and small businesses.  MDS was founded in November 2001 by Heather and her husband and has provided association and data services to more than 30 Wisconsin‐based associations in the last 23 years. Heather is currently the director for eight Wisconsin-based Associations and one National Association. Supervising a staff of six, MDS runs over 130 meetings and events per year.  Heather earned her CAE (Certified Association Executive) in 2010 and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with an Accounting Minor from Western Illinois University.
