Revisions to Medicaid School Based Services and Potential Expansion

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has several School-Based Services (SBS) projects happening congruently. Two are federally mandated projects and one state initiated as a result of a grant funding from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  This session will provide a high-level overview of potential upcoming changes to Medicaid SBS including updates of potential expanding services for qualifying Medicaid eligible students with and without IEPs.  DPI and DHS also want to hear from Local Educational Agencies about the types of support needed for school personnel to prepare for any upcoming changes.
