CALL FOR PROPOSAL FORM

The Professional Development Committee is responsible for selecting all papers and programs presented.  The Professional Development Committee will review each proposal and notify you via email in a timely manner. If you have questions on the form or conference contact Diane at (608) 729-6663 or email, [email protected]

Attendees appreciate the information provided by their peers and often find they can apply what they have learned at the conference when they return to their districts. If you are a Professional Member, consider teaming up with your colleagues/vendors to present a session on an innovative idea or best practice you have implemented in your district.

Vendors are encouraged to team up with a school district professional to co-present educational and informative solutions to over 200 special services staff. Inviting district personnel to co-present gives additional credibility to the information you are providing. If you present quality information, attendees will remember the expert who provided it.

WCASS will provide the presenters a projector and a microphone (if necessitated by the room and audience size). Presenters are asked to bring their own laptops and any connecting pieces needed to use the provided projector.

All submissions and handouts become property of WCASS. We reserve the right to edit submissions for length and content. Presentations are posted on a web page and become a resource for all members after the conference. Attendees receive a flash drive onsite at the conference with your presentation materials.

We look forward to learning about the educational opportunities you have to offer our attendees!
