Two levels of conference sponsorship are available.

All sponsors are recognized in the following ways:

• On signage displayed at the conference.

• During the General Session slide show.

• On your conference Name Badge (if you’re attending).

• At your exhibit space (included with Sponsorship)

• In the conference program with a complimentary color ad (size varies).

Exhibitor Opportunities

Participate as an exhibitor at the WCASS Spring Conference and share your products and services with over 250 student services leaders. Remember to check out sponsorship opportunities because they also include your Tabletop Fee and a full conference registration.

Exhibits are open Thursday, April 30th  from 7:30-4:30.

The exhibitor registration fee of $500 includes:

• Recognition in the conference program,

• One draped table with electricity and two chairs, 

• Breakfast buffet and boxed lunches for up to two people from your organization 

• Access to keynote talks

• Full conference registration option available at the member rate.
