The WCASS Member Learning Framework includes a learning continuum which describes the ways in which Directors learn and improve programming. The Leadership Lab is a networking opportunity for experienced directors to come together to share practices and determine ways to turn learning into action. Each month will focus on a different WCASS Framework Principle and will provide the opportunity to share what you are working on and to hear what others are doing. The goal of these sessions is to empower directors to get better, together!
