Register for this follow up session to the WCASS New Director’s Academy. On Oct. 8 from 1­-4 pm.  Join us for a Follow­up Session to the Academy for Special Education Leadership at the Glacier Canyon Lodge at the Wilderness in Wisconsin Dells, WI. GOAL: To support new special education leaders as they strive to meet the challenges of their new positions. WCASS hosts this PreCon training opportunity for first- and second-year Directors of Special Education, Special Education Coordinators or Designees. If you are an experienced leader please considering joining the conversation, and/or pass this information on to a colleague who is new to the role.  NOTE: This is a Follow Up Session to the New Directors Academy hosted this past August in the Madison Area.

Who We Are

The Wisconsin Council of Administrators of Special Services, Ltd. (WCASS) is a professional organization comprised of over 350 members who administer and support special education programs throughout the state of Wisconsin. The organization was founded in 1994 by a group of special education administrators and pupil services administrators, coming together to share resources and information to better serve students in Wisconsin. The new organization chose the title that merged our two names.
