Phil Knobel

The WCASS Board hired Phil Knobel as the first WCASS Executive Director in
January 1999. Prior to joining WCASS Phil completed a 34 year career in public
education as a teacher in regular and special education. During the last 29
years he served as director of special education for a 15 school district
special education cooperative. Phil has been active in WCASS since the early
1970's and served a term as President and then many years as legislative
chairperson of WCASS. He has served on many state and national committees
related to special and regular education issues.

Jeanne Deimund

Jeanne joined WCASS in Octoboer 2002. Jeanne is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where she majored in accounting and finance. Prior to joining the staff here at WCASS she was the Business Operations Supervisor for the Liberty Public School District in Liberty, Missouri. While in Missouri she was also an active member of Missouri ASBO.
